Orders and deliveries
What payment method do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage!
This must be included at the beginning of the cart/basket.
However, you cannot use more than one discount code on your purchase and discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.
Can I modify my order?
If at the time of placing your order you have made a mistake by entering incorrect information, please send us an email to info@percocetcompany.com with the changes you wish to make and we will do so.
Attention! We need you to indicate the buyer's order number, email and full name.
Can I cancel my order?
If 24 hours have not passed since placing your order. However, if your order has been prepared, you must receive it and return it this way.
To check if we can cancel your order before it is prepared, please send an email to info@percocetcompany.com to confirm.
Standard home delivery
Delivery times generally take 7/8 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included).
If your order is less than €100, shipping costs will be €3.90. If your order exceeds €100, shipping will be free only in Spain.
International standard delivery
Delivery times for international shipments are 7 to 10 days a week.
If your shipment is international, shipping costs will be calculated according to origin.
In specific cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at info@percocetcompany.com with your name and order number.
International deliveries
If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union, you may be subject to tariffs, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. Percocet Company is responsible for shipping but not for possible local costs.
The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the product.
For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.
I didn't receive my order, what happened?
Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery, to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the shipping services processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
Incorrect address: We recommend checking if the address provided is correct.
Failed deliveries:, SEUR and FEDEX will try 2 times to deliver the package, then they may leave it at a parcel store. If you still need help, please do not hesitate to contact info@percocetcompany.com .
Why haven't I received the confirmation email?
Check your spam or spam folder, your confirmation email may be there.
If you can't find it, you can write to info@percocetcompany.com and we will locate it. If necessary, we would change the purchase email and ship it.
If you would like to ensure that you receive future emails from us, please add us to your desired mailing list and ensure that the email you have used for your purchase is correct.
Returns and refunds
How can I return or exchange my order placed through the website?
If you consider making an exchange or return, remember these steps:
- Size change or return
- Check that everything is perfect and that the garment does not have any type of wear or smell.
- Fold the garment as it arrived and put it in an envelope.
- Go to any shipping office (it doesn't have to be Seur).
- Send it to this address: Percocet Company® C/Sant Oleguer 11 (Local 2), 08930, San Adrián del Besós (Barcelona) CP. 08930
- Remember that you will have to pay yourself with the shipping company you choose.
- Once received we will confirm that the garment has not been used and as soon as it is approved we will make the exchange or refund. Shipping costs will not be added to the refund.
- Change without any type of cost
- An order will only be changed without any cost if it was due to a factory error.
- Sizing failure by Percocet Company®.

How can I change my order/get a refund?
The Buyer will have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the good that is the subject of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal and in that case Percocet Company will refund all payment received, including, where applicable, ordinary delivery costs, without delay. undue and, in any case, before 15 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
Damaged items
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work very hard to make our garments of the highest quality and without defects. But even for us it is difficult to have everything under control. However, if you have any concerns with a defective or damaged item, please email info@percocetcompany.com
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please contact us at info@percocetcompany.com if you believe your purchase is defective by attaching images. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may involve returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
Additional Information
Underwear is not in our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Custom clothing is not in our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.
The gift card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return.
